The new distinguished cohort’s research interest span a wide range of life‑science topics, including infant gut microbiomes, the demographics of indigenous American populations, the neural blueprint of brain tumors, and the role of RNA polymerase II in transcription.
EMBO Director, Fiona Watt, welcomed the new investigators, noting that their achievements reflect the excellence and ambition driving progress in the life sciences. She emphasized EMBO’s commitment to supporting these emerging group leaders as they advance their research and contribute to the scientific community.
