Prof. Eran Halperin and Prof. Emeritus Eytan Ruppin were elected as Fellows of the International Society for Computational Biology for 2021.
Prof. Eran Halperin, former Edmond J. Safra faculty fellow and Prof. Emeritus Eytan Ruppin, Edmond J. Safra member, were elected as Fellows of the International Society for Computational Biology (ISCB) in the Fellows Class for 2021.
The ISCB first introduced its Fellows program in 2009 to honor members who have distinguished themselves through outstanding contributions to the fields of computational biology and bioinformatics. The 2021 Fellows class will be officially announced in the ISMB/ECCB meeting in July.
Halperin and Ruppin join Edmond J. Safra members Profs. Nussinov, Shamir and Wolfson, who are already ISCB Fellows.
