November 2019: Levy wins SMR Young Investigator Award
Prof. Carmit Levy was awarded the Young Investigator Award by the Society for Melanoma Research (SMR).
Prof. Carmit Levy, Edmond J. Safra affiliate (Medicine), was awarded the Young Investigator Award by the Society for Melanoma Research (SMR). The award was presented to her at the Society's 16th annual meeting held in November 2019 in Salt Lake City, USA.
Prof. Levy is a cancer researcher in the Department of Human Genetics and Biochemistry at the School of Medicine. The award is presented to scientists who made significant contributions to melanoma research in their early academic career. This is the eighth time this prize has been awarded.
