Congratulations to Dr. Dana Silverbush who received a tenure-track faculty position in the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn).
Dr. Silverbush earned her PhD in Computer Science at TAU, as an Edmond J. Safra student fellow, in Prof. Roded Sharan's lab. She then pursued a postdoc position at the Broad Institute, Boston, under the supervision of Prof. Aviv Regev and Prof. MD Mario Suva.
Dr. Silverbush joined the UPenn faculty in January 2024 as an Assistant Professor with an appointment in the Department of Cancer Biology, the Perelman School of Medicine. Her research is focused on developing experimental and computational multi-omic single cell approaches to decode tumor heterogeneity and plasticity.
Dr. Dana Silverbush is the twenty-seventh alumnus of the Edmond J. Safra Center who receives a tenure-track position.
