June 2023: Bioinformatics undergraduate students won prize for a project in Computer Science
Congratulations to bioinformatics BSc students who won the second place prize for a project in Computer Science.
An annual projects competition took place on June 13 2023 at the School of Computer Science.
Bioinformatics undergraduate students Omri Yakir and Lior Yona won the second place prize for their project titled "Geometric Deep Learning for Ubiquitin Binding Site Prediction-Workshop on AI Algorithms for Structural Biology", supervised by former Edmond J. Safra postdoctoral fellow Dr. Jérôme Tubiana (Wolfson lab, Computer Science).
