Abstract: In this talk, we will discuss the path that Scopio took in its journey to change the way hematology testing is done.
We will dive into the technological gap that existed in imaging and the way we solved it, the dilemma between being a microscopy company or a diagnostics company and the challenges of creating a healthcare startup.

The Salon is a forum to promote entrepreneurship at the convergence of biology, medicine, and computing.
