August 2024: Seven Edmond J. Safra researchers awarded ISF grants

Edmond J. Safra members and affiliates Profs. Judith Berman (Life Sciences), Uri Gophna (Life Sciences), Carmit Levy (Medicine), Saharon Rosset (Statistics), Roded Sharan (Computer Science), Noam Shomron (Medicine) and Dr. Rotem Rubinstein (Life Sciences) - were all awarded research grants from the Israel Science Foundation (ISF) in the 2024-2025 grants cycle.

Prof. Uri Gophna won a personal research grant and an additional equipment grant.

Prof. Judith Berman and Prof. Carmit Levy won the ISF grants in the "Biomedical research track".

The ISF is the main body supporting basic science research in Israel, through a wide variety of funding mechanisms and in a variety of fields of knowledge. The support is based on scientific excellence.
